Delivery for shipments destined for Italy is expected within 1-2 working days.

Delivery for shipments destined for the European Union is expected within 2-3 working days.

Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 4-5 working days.

The Customer is asked to provide a valid address to which the goods can be delivered during delivery times. Please promptly indicate any change of address.

At the time of shipment, Bini Silvia Passeggiata Srl communicates the DHL shipment number to the Customer via email.

Any delivery delays exceeding 10 (ten) days. working hours must be promptly reported to our Customer Service according to the methods set out in the following art. 12.

Receiving the goods:

The delivery obligation is fulfilled by transferring material availability or in any case control of the products to the user. All packages shipped are insured against theft/loss and damage from the moment they are entrusted to the courier for shipping until delivery to the recipient.

If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse the goods or indicate on the delivery note that you accept a damaged package.

Once delivered to the indicated address and collected, the goods are no longer insured.

Return procedure and instructions:

The return operation will cost €10 for Italy, €40 for Europe and 80 € for the rest of the world. Returns made after the indicated deadline may be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Bini Silvia Passeggiata Srl.

The refund, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the same credit and debit card used for the purchase or to the current account used for the bank transfer.

To request return authorization, you must send an email to customerservice@binisilvia.com with order number, name and surname and reason for return/exchange. The staff will take care of the report and help you complete the procedure and authorize the operation.

Unauthorized returns are not accepted: therefore, if the Customer still sends the package back, he will not receive any refund.

Returning the product is not free if the products are returned from a country other than the one originally indicated as the destination address.

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the Bini Silvia Passeggiata Srl warehouses and the items are intact. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will in any case be visible on the next card statement. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the goods within 14 days from the day on which he communicated to Bini Silvia Passeggiata Srl his wish to withdraw from the contract.

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Bini Silvia Passeggiata Srl will refund the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days.

The refund will also include the delivery costs paid by the Customer, without prejudice to the reimbursement of any additional costs, if the Customer has chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by Bini Silvia Passeggiata Srl.

As required by the art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Bini Silvia Passeggiata Srl may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the Customer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back to Bini Silvia Passeggiata Srl.

Bini Silvia Passeggiata Srl will carry out the refund using the same payment method chosen by the Customer during the purchase phase.
